Busy Bee’s Wellness Co. was born out of my personal need and desire for a high-quality CBD oil.
Suffering from achy joints and muscles, an inflamed body, having trouble sleeping and the occasional bout with anxious feelings, I was tired of popping ibuprofen day in and day out.
I knew it was NOT helping solve any of my issues – it was only masking the symptoms.

What is the source of your hemp?
Busy Bee’s CBD comes from full spectrum hemp grown in Bend, Oregon.

The State of Oregon Department of Agriculture oversees the hemp farm to ensure the biomass contains less than 0.3% THC.

How long will a 2oz bottle last?
It depends. If you take 1 full dropper (1 mL) per day, the bottle will last you 2 months. If you take 2 full droppers (2 mL) per day, the bottle will last you 1 month.

What exactly is your 2-in-1 blended formula?
Busy Bee’s CBD has a very unique 2-in-1 formula. B-Well features a combination of CBDA and CBD.
CBDA is the precursor to CBD (aka the parent to CBD). CBDA is short for Cannabidiolic Acid.
In the raw hemp plant, you’ll find that the plant is composed of about 95% CBDA and roughly 5% CBD.
Through a process called decarboxylation, the raw plant form of CBDA is heated and the acidic form is converted to the non-acidic form, CBD.
We’ve combined the best of both worlds into our oil – CBDA, in its acid form from the raw hemp plant, and CBD, the converted CBDA to CBD after a low-heat decarboxylation.
The blend is a 2:1 ratio of CBDA and CBD.
What is the benefit of CBDA?
CBDA works a little bit differently in the body than CBD does.
First let’s discuss how CBD works in the human body so you understand the difference.
CBD binds to the CB1 and CB2 receptors in the Endocannabinoid System (ECS). The ECS maintains homeostasis such as mood, sleep, memory, appetite, etc.
CBDA doesn’t interact with the ESC at all.
In fact, CBDA works like an NSAID (aspirin, ibuprofen, etc) without all the harmful side effects to your organs.
While NSAIDs block the COX-2 enzymes and reduce production of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins, CBDA can also perform this chemical interference but do so without the negative side-effects associated with prescription drugs or over-the-counter medications (OTC).
Many who have already tried our 2-in-1 formula have noted that they feel pain relief quicker using less of our CBD oil than other manufacturers because of this special blend.
Is your CBD Oil organic?
At this time, there is no such thing as a certified organic CBD.
However, the farm that grows our hemp uses organic and sustainable farming methods and the coconut oil we use is certified organic.
Do you use any chemical solvents during extraction?
The good news is that we do NOT use any chemical solvents in our proprietary extraction process.
Most companies will use a solvent, such as alcohol or ethanol, to extract the cannabinoids from the hemp plant.
Our extraction process is a bit more costly, and we do leave behind some cannabinoids in the hemp plant as a result, but we are proud to say that we don’t add any harmful solvents and we only use organic coconut oil in our extraction process. That’s it!
Our extraction process also involves low heat whereas most companies use higher heat in order to extract more CBD. Because we use low heat and NO chemical solvents, you’re getting a pretty cannabinoid and terpene-rich oil with all the added benefits.
Does your CBD Oil contain THC?
Yes. Busy Bee’s CBD does contain a very small amount of THC that is well under the Federal legal limit.
We believe there’s a benefit to having THC present, even in small amounts, as the cannabinoids working together produce a synergistic effect. Basically, it’s better with THC!

Will your CBD oil get me high?
No! CBD is non-intoxicating and will not get you the “high” feeling you’d normally get from THC.

CBD oil doesn’t work the same across the board for everyone, and some, such as yourself, may not experience any effects from it at all. This could be for a variety of different reasons such as your genetics, your metabolism, how your body absorbs the CBD, etc.
Every person’s body is unique.
It’s vital to set realistic expectations, too. When using CBD oil for the first time or trying different brands such as yourself, getting the right serving size for your own body is crucial – not using enough or using too much can have the opposite effect.
In addition, it does take some consistency and patience to get the serving “sweet spot” just right. It’s also important to know that for some, it might take several weeks to months to see noticeable results. Others may see results much sooner.
